Functional Business Support
Animato’s Functional Application Support team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving function issues with installed Oracle applications. This team addresses requests for new or modified processes/issues requiring modification, and presents monthly consolidated reports with recommendations for closing the gap between delivered functionality and the client’s business needs. The team also assists in development of new business processes and training programs.

In addition to running processes and making modifications, this team pays close attention to issues outside system modification such as streamlining business processes, uncovering workflow automation improvements, and more. Opportunities for the new functionality implementation are identified and communicated to the client management on a continual basis.
