Predicative Analytics Assessment. Offers quick and focused strategies to exploit the client organization's existing ERP system to provide real-time data, predictive analytics, and dashboards.

Strategic Alignment Assessment. Evaluates one or more functional departments against corporate strategies and industry benchmarks.
