Insurance Eligibility |
- A Team Member is eligible for insurance benefits on the 1st day of the month following
30 days after the Team Member’s hire date

- Dual option PPO and HSA for plan year 2010
- 100% of premium for Team Member is paid by Animato
- Insurance available for dependents on a voluntary basis

- 100% of premium for Team Member paid by Animato

- 100% of premium for Team Member paid by Animato

- Premium of 1X salary up to $100,000 paid by Animato

- A Team Member is eligible to participate in the Animato Technologies 401(k) Plan
on the 1st day of the month following the Team Member’s hire date.

Vacation Time |
- 3 weeks available annually upon date of hire
- 4 weeks after 5 years with the company
