Insurance Eligibility

  • A Team Member is eligible for insurance benefits on the 1st day of the month following 30 days after the Team Member’s hire date

Medical Insurance

  • Dual option PPO and HSA for plan year 2010
  • 100% of premium for Team Member is paid by Animato
  • Insurance available for dependents on a voluntary basis

Dental Insurance

  • 100% of premium for Team Member paid by Animato
  • Insurance available for dependents on a voluntary basis

  • 100% of premium for Team Member paid by Animato
  • Insurance available for dependents on a voluntary basis

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

  • Premium of 1X salary up to $100,000 paid by Animato
  • Voluntary buy up available for Team Member, spouse and children

Disability Insurance

  • Short Term Disability Insurance - 100% of premium for Team Member paid by Animato
  • Long Term Disability Insurance - 100% of premium for Team Member paid by Animato

401(k) Plan

  • A Team Member is eligible to participate in the Animato Technologies 401(k) Plan on the 1st day of the month following the Team Member’s hire date.

Vacation Time

  • 3 weeks available annually upon date of hire
  • 4 weeks after 5 years with the company

  • 5 days per calendar year
