Cynthia J. Comparin

CEO

Cynthia Comparin founded Animato in 1997 with a clear vision – to create a superlative company for clients and Team Members alike. Under her leadership, Animato has grown into a highly-respected business and technology solutions provider that delivers uncommon client value.

Prior to establishing Animato, Ms. Comparin was President of Alltel’s Enterprise Network Services Division, a group she created to provide consulting, integration and operations services to worldwide customers. Before joining Alltel, she served as Vice President and General Manager for Nortel’s Network Transformation Services Division.

In earlier roles, Ms. Comparin was General Manager of Latin America for Recognition International, a global technology company. Before joining Recognition International, she spent ten years in various US-based and international management positions at EDS. She began her career as a financial analyst for LTV Aerospace and Defense Company.

Ms. Comparin is very involved in community organizations including the Dallas Citizen’s Council and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Women’s Forum.

She holds a BBA in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and has completed management programs at The Wharton School of Business and Harvard University.

Mary Jane Schuster

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Schuster brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to the Animato Team in both IT and retail industries. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in accounting and an economics minor. Ms. Schuster is a Certified Public Accountant and has completed courses toward her MBA at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Before joining Animato, Ms. Schuster worked at EDS, an HP company, in several leadership and financial roles including controller, delivery team manager, account manager, and business operations manager. She has experience in costing, new business development, contracts and proposals, service level reporting, client reporting, audit support, transitions, and due diligence. She supported clients in retail, banking and telecommunications industries.

At Animato, Ms. Schuster leads the organization’s finance, accounting, and human resources functions.

Brad E. Worley, PMP, ITIL

Vice President, Managing Director of Solutions and Technology

Mr. Worley is an executive with experience leading domestic and international team members, implementing and overseeing ERP implementations and upgrades, and managing multi-million dollar budgets across multiple industries. He has extensive experience in scoping projects, planning, training, implementing, and supporting Financial and Human Capital Management software systems. He has delivered numerous successful projects proving strengths in identifying and meeting organizational and project goals, excellent team building skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, analysis, and communication skills.

At Animato, Mr. Worley is responsible for maintaining Animato’s project methodology, client’s issue tracking system, and team building and development plan. In addition, he has developed the AniMotion solution that any business can use to analyze business processes integrated within the technology systems.

Prior to Animato, Mr. Worley, held positions of increasing responsibility at Ensco International, leading diverse, multi-year projects for global clients. Before that, he served in functional and technical roles at Universal Computer Systems.

Mr. Worley is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefit Professional (CBP), and Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

He holds a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University.

Eric Noack

Vice President, Business Intelligence and Performance Management

At Animato, Mr. Noack leads the Business Intelligence and Performance Management (BIPM) practice and drives implementation of high-performance, cost-effective BIPM solutions. His consistent record of successful business analysis, project management and systems integration stretches throughout a wide range of industries. He has led BIPM strategy and BPIM deployment, data warehouse and OLAP custom development, and planning software engagements. His approach balances the interaction among business drivers, performance metrics and IT capabilities. Mr. Noack’s results-oriented management style of constantly seeking value within the right amount of structure has produced bottom-line increases in productivity and ROI for clients, as well as effective solutions to help clients leverage data supporting faster, better decision-making enterprise-wide.

Prior to joining Animato, Mr. Noack held consulting management positions at SCS USA, Hitachi Consulting, KPIT Cummins, and StatSlice Systems, as well as co-founder and technical lead for a systems integration firm.

Mr. Noack holds a BSME from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
